Therefore, the merits made during this period are a hundred million times or more than those on ordinary days. It is an extremely auspicious day. Therefore, since 2007, the founder of our association, the 17th Buddwa Rinpoche, has followed the teachings of the great master and held ceremonies (meeting with the Dharma) from the morning to the evening of the first to the fifteenth day of the lunar month to pray for the public to remove obstacles, eliminate disasters, resolve grievances, increase blessings, longevity, wealth, wisdom, and the quick arrival of noble people, peach blossoms, and good knowledge. Although it is hard work, the disciples of our association have continued to follow this method to this day. The practical methods include reciting the four sutras, offering ghee lamps, offering food to monks, observing fasting, making incense offerings (purification offerings), offering burnt incense, performing prostrations (worships), and giving food out of compassion. Please send 110 blessings to the Dharma King Since the blessing of the Great Prayer Ceremony is particularly auspicious, if you serve as the benefactor of the opening ceremony during this period (the total donation amount for the ceremony projects reaches NT$100,000), you will pray for blessings by lighting the Dharma King’s lamp for 15 consecutive days, and the benefactor will receive dedication every time he submits a memorial this year. According to our association’s fixed practice on the first, third, eighth, tenth, twenty-fifth and twenty-eighth special days of each month, and there is one big smoke offering, four burnt smoke offerings, and at least two large special ceremonies every month, there are more than 110 at least. Therefore, the benefactor of the opening ceremony of the New Year Great Prayer Ceremony will receive more than 110 blessings throughout the next year, which means that you will receive more than 110 blessings for requesting one ceremonial! Note: Since other days do not have the special merits of this Great Miracle Day, if you serve as the initiator of the merit on other dates, there will be no arrangement for the whole year of dedication. Participate in the Four Ways Material charity: Giving money, items, or physical possessions without asking for short-sighted or troublesome wishes. Dharma offering: The most special Dharma here is the ultimate Buddhist Dharma, which is the message that can liberate people from suffering and attain happiness. Proclaiming the merits of the Dharma assembly truthfully and without error is a very good Dharma offering. Giving without fear: Providing a situation that makes people feel safe and secure. This is mainly practiced through physical actions, such as greeting with a sincere smile, cleaning and providing a comfortable environment, etc. Charity: Charity means giving happiness. One way to make oneself and others feel happy and satisfied naturally is through cooperation, coordination and harmony. Therefore, abiding by the relevant conventions of the Dharma Assembly with the public is a very good form of charity. 🌹The following merit packages are recommended options for financial participation.
